How do visitors post hyperlinks in their post?

  1. I want to allow my visitors to be able to make hyperlinks when they create a post. I assume it must be possible, because I've noticed that Xobba.com uses GF to allow guest posts, and most of them do have hyperlinks in them. So how is it done?

There are no user instructions on the forms to say whether there's any kind of allowed markup.

    Here is my site:

  2. The Post Body field accepts HTML, so they can place something like:

    <a href="http://www.google.com/">Link to Google.</a>

and it will render on the post as "Link to Google" and link out.

  3. thanks! Next question - how can I include that format in my instructions to readers? When I try to paste it into the Description section, even if I do what you've done in your answer, it automatically strips out the parameters and presents the result, not the code.
