How to add a policy/waiver acceptance proceedure

    I want to add a waiver form and "read and accepted" field set to a form. Is anyone familiar with this? A friend mentioned that there was a policy and accept feature in Gravity forms, but I can't find it.

    You can achieve this using conditional logic on your submit button. Create a radio/checkbox field with your Accept text and then at the top of the form builder in the form settings -> Advanced Tab you can enable conditional logic on the submit button to only show if the user selects "Yes" (or however you've worded the acceptance field).
