I'm using Zack's constant contact integration plug in and It works great! I'm wondering if its possible to have a certain form information to be passed to Constant Contact and added to a specific list?

You would have to contact Zack for support on his Constant Contact Add-On. We don't provide support for that plugin as it isn't a plugin we created.
