How to cancel a license key but keep using Gravity Forms

    Hi,

I have a personal license which is about to expire and am therefore looking at upgrading to either Business or Developer license.

Question - I have Gravity Forms deployed to one site which I no longer support and do not want a renewed/upgraded license key to be valid for that site.

    What would you recommend?

    Regards,

    Robert

  2. Robert, if that's your license key that you own and you have placed on the site - I supposed you could just remove the key from the site's settings page. The site owner should purchase their own license if they are interested in updates and support.

    Hi Rob,

The issue is that I no longer have access to the site. With the current license about to expire - I do not want to upgrade/renew on their behalf. And I don't particularly want to register a new profile with Gravity.

    Any suggestions?

    Robert

  4. Robert - can you email me at rob@rocketgenius.com so we can take this offline. I can generate a new key for you.
