How to change name of "Product" in Total page.

    Here's where I'm seeing the text "Product" when using GravityForms with the Total Field, the response email. See circled word "Product".

    THE QUESTION: Where can I change the labelling of this? (e.g., to "Items" or "Widgets" or "Item Description")

    You can use the gform_product filter http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Gform_product to change that language. All the related filters are documented here: http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Developer_Docs#Sublabels
