How to create posts out of form data?

  1. I want to use the data collected in my form to create a post. I don't see any options in the entries panel to create a post from the submitted data. Can all fields be included in the new post? What is the process for the admin to go in and turn form data into a new post to be published?

I can't post the URL because the form is in a members-only area of my site.

  2. You don't create posts from the entry area. If you want to use a form to create a post you must use the Post Fields in the form builder. The Post Fields are what create a post. The post is created when the form is submitted. There are options on the Post Title and Post Body form fields to allow you to set the post status (Draft, Published, etc.) and so on.

  4. Yes, a Custom Field is one of the available Post Fields in the form builder. Just be sure when adding a Custom Field that you configure what the custom field name is. It's one of the options on the Custom Field when adding it to a form.
