how to define optional form fields

    In the Post Fields body, advanced tab, there is a create content template with the heading "Optional form fields".
    How do I define these fields so they are available on the optional form field list.

    All your form fields appear in the "Insert form fields" drop down. If you don't see any, save your form, continue editing, and they should appear. The form has to be saved before the fields will appear in that drop down.
