How to display a simple checkbox

    How can I display a simple checkbox? The checkbox field I saw displays a list of checkbox with a label.

    I just want to display a checkbox that says "Subscribe to our newsletter". That's it. If it's checked I can automatically add people to Mailchimp.

    (something similar to the "subscribe to this Topic via email" checkbox that I see in this forum).

    Just add a checkbox field with only one checkbox. If you don't want a title just leave it blank.

    Thanks a lot. The problem I noticed is that I cannot use the checkbox field in the Mailchimp plugin to check if the user has opted in to receive notifcations. How can I fix that?

    The Opt-in condition is there. It is just blank if you have not title. You could optionally hide the title with CSS.
