How to display another single entry box if the first single entry box is filled

As the title says, I'm trying to use conditional logic to hide the "Company Website" single entry box when there is no text in the "Company" single entry box. I'd like to do something similar with the "how did you hear about us?" checkboxes, based on whether or not email or message is entered.

    Thanks.

How do I change the spacing between each field?

And how do I change the "I wish to recieve EcCell news, updates and promotions" so that it doesn't look so squashed? I'd prefer the checkbox to be on the left of the statement, and I don't want the statment to be bold.

  3. Unfortunately, conditional logic isn't setup to work that way. Do you have an actual link to your form? Perhaps we can come up with some CSS here to solve for this one field as well as the spacing between each.
