How to embed a form on wordpress

    Hi I am having difficulty trying to get the form on my wordpress website. I have read the help option and the language is far beyond what I know about computers. Can someone please explain this to me using small words? Please?

    If you are trying to embed the form in a post/page content, the Gravity Forms video tour might be helpful. Section 2: Publish Form starts at about 2 minutes in.

    If you are trying to embed the form in your sidebar, I would recommend using Yoast's Gravity Forms widget plugin: http://yoast.com/gravity-forms-widget-extras/
