How to have forms menu only show available to Administrators

  1. I only want to allow Administrators to create forms. I am using Wishlist for members so I don't really want to add another members plugin which was mentioned in another post.

  2. The Members plugin isn't what it sounds like. It isn't a WishList competitor. While it can be used to run a membership site, it's primary feature is Role Management which lets you configure the built in WordPress Roles and Capabilities. Gravity Forms uses WordPress role and capabilities for managing access to various functionality.

So you can use the Members plugin, turn on its role management module, and only use that functionality. Then edit the various roles using it's role editor to configure who can access various Gravity Forms functionality.

That being said, by default only Administrators can create forms in Gravity Forms so i'm not sure why this would be an issue. Unless something else on your site is changing default behavior.
