How-to: "I've read and accepted privacy policy" field linking to a pop-up window

    In all our forms, due to Protection Data laws, we need to include the field "I have read and accepted the privacy policy", "privacy policies" link to a different page...but that isn't really user-friendly and it's definitely not good for conversion...So how could I make it so that when people click on "privacy policies" a pop-up window shows up with the corresponding policies? (or that the text slides in for that matter, I don't care about the how/effect as long as the user can still see the form)
