how to only receive checked checkbox in my admin mail?

    HI all,
    I have a form with about 40 optional checkboxes. When receiving the form in my email I get all 40 checkboxes listed with the checked box as an additional submitted value. Is there a way to only submit the value of the checked box so I get an email with only one or two submitted values instead of a list of 40 options and 2 checked boxes?
