How to resolve display issues

  1. Good day!
I am working on a site for a client and I am having issues with the way the gravity forms is displaying in both Firefox 4 and IE9. I have searched through this forum and realize that the issue is with the themes styling and note Gravity forms itself as the "preview" window displays the form without issue.

here is a link to the form

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks
    Jason

  2. There is a < pre> tag wrapped around your form and content. I would venture a guess that is the source of your issue. Is there some reason you've put that there, or was it erroneous?
