I dont know why it's not working, I use the number field and want a value between 1-60.
I have set the min. value to 1 and the max. value to 60 must I do more settings ?

That is all you need to do. That's what I did, and I tried to submit non-numbers, larger numbers and smaller numbers, and I got a validation error in any case. Are you actually submitting the form or did you expect the validation to happen when the number is being entered, before submission?
No , like you have in the screenshot but I use the number field with the small arrows on the right side. I have one form where it is working, but when I try making a new it wont work.
I am working on the site today closed up for the audience but I can PM you access to see the forms?
You can send me an email at chris@rocketgenius.com
However, the small arrow thing is browser functionality, in some browsers, when using the HTML5 output. I will be happy to take a look at it for you in any case.
You could try turning off HTML5 output, and also try in a different browser to see if there are any differences.
turning off HTML5 did the trick, thanks
Great. That one had me confused for a while too. Glad you found a work around.
