How would I completely duplicate an existing form within the same site?

  1. I have a Gravity Form on a site. We shall call it GF-A. It is an in depth form that took me about an hour to build. I need to create another form, we'll call it GF-B. GF-B will need to be on the same site (and same wp install) as GF-A. GF-B will be identical to GF-A, minus one or two properties. I don't want to spend an hour+ creating GF-B. How do I duplicate GF-A, so that I can make the 5-10 minute adjustments to it so that it will be GF-B (without starting from scratch)?

    Any ideas?

  2. Sure, there's a "duplicate form" option in the edit forms view. Just hover over the form name and you'll see the link.

  5. So, how do I do the same thing between 2 different sites/installs of Wordpress?

  6. If you want to duplicate a form from one site to another you would use the Import/Export tool. Go to Import/Export (Forms > Import/Export) and choose Exports Forms. Select the forms you want to export and download the export file. Then go to your other WordPress site and go to Import/Export, select Import Forms and upload the export XML file. So you use the Import/Export tools built into Gravity Forms.
