HTML Box quick question

I've noticed that in the Standard Field > HTML bubble it doesn't actually allow me to use any html. I can't even use absolute basic html like link or bold. Is there a way to get HTML to work in the HTML field?

  2. Not sure what you mean by the "HTML bubble". The standard HTML block accepts/displays HTML markup, but doesn't render it in the form builder admin so the editor doesn't break.

Is your HTML block markup displaying properly when you preview the form?

Hi, thanks for answering. By bubble i just simply meant the icon. The html is not rendering at all, either in preview or on the web site. Does it have to be in < body> or is basic markup fine? Ive tried links and bolds etc... nothing works.

  4. Okay, thanks for the clarification. No, the markup will be embedded inline in your page so you wouldn't need/want to redeclare the < body> tag. If your markup is properly formatted and isn't working then something else is going on.

Can you share a URL to your form page with the HTML block content added?

Thanks so much for getting back. Its working now for some reason. I was originally creating everything in Chrome browser and think it may have been a bit buggy. Now Im using IE so it all seems to be working. Thanks again!

  6. Okay, different browsers do strange things from time to time. I'm glad you got it working properly. Thanks for the update.
