Can you go to Forms -> Settings and turn on No Conflict Mode and see if that helps? If not, please follow the instructions on this page: http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict
None of the options provided did any good. I still am unable to use the form & add a field. All options were done.
I really need to have this issue addressed. Please advise. All suggested routes of implementation have been attempted.
The only times users can't add fields to their forms are when the JavaScript is broken in some way.
Are you using the latest Gravity Forms and WordPress versions? Are you sure you tried all of the steps on the Theme/Plugin conflict troubleshooting?
Can you download Gravity Forms from this site, and re-install? Maybe our JS didn't get uploaded correctly. It is almost always a theme or plugin conflict where other scripts are being pushed into our administration pages, thus causing them not to work.
Ok, As I said, All options were explored. Nothing works. All products are the newest versions. Please advise with how to fix ASAP. Thanks.
If you've already tried to re-install, can you send admin login details to peralty@rocketgenius.com as well as a link to this thread so I know what is going on, and I'll log in and take a look?
Sure, I'll be an employee for all intensive purposes. I did't pay for the service or anything. Here's your email. Let's get it fixed.
I still have yet to hear from you. I tried uninstalling but now it says that it is still there. When can we come to a resolution?
An entire day. No responses.. No fix. When can we come to a resolution?
Sorry, I'm going to need a bit longer. I hope to have this sorted out by tomorrow. Can you please update to 1.7.3 and see if that helps your issue currently?
I cannot even access it any longer. Tried to uninstall and reinstall but it says it's still there. Any help you can provide would be excellent.
I sincerely need to get this issue resolved this week. Please advise as to your progress on authentication & resolution process. Thank you.
Still waiting for an appropriate course of action.
