Can you go to Forms -> Settings and turn on No Conflict Mode and see if that helps? If not, please follow the instructions on this page: http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

The only times users can't add fields to their forms are when the JavaScript is broken in some way.

Are you using the latest Gravity Forms and WordPress versions? Are you sure you tried all of the steps on the Theme/Plugin conflict troubleshooting?

Can you download Gravity Forms from this site, and re-install? Maybe our JS didn't get uploaded correctly. It is almost always a theme or plugin conflict where other scripts are being pushed into our administration pages, thus causing them not to work.
