I just noticed something odd...

  1. I just noticed something odd on my WP plugin's page....it is telling me to register my Gravity Forms plugin right below the plugin titles for the MailChimp add-on and the Registration Add-on....they both work fine, and my registration code is A-Okay, however, I thought I'd bring it to your attention in case it is something that needs to be tended to. Let me know.

  5. @Vegas Kev & @Pakarate This is most likely because your WordPress site had an issue communicating with our license server the last time it checked for updates. Don't be alarmed, it happens. WordPress caches the update checks so it's likely it checked for updates and wasn't able to reach our server and therefore that is the default message that is shown. Keep an eye on it and in a couple days it should have checked for updates again and should resolve itself.

@niceandripe Your issue isn't the same as the users above. If you had a red dot next to the license key in the Settings it means your license key didn't validate, this means you didn't enter the key correctly. You need to recheck and enter it again and make sure you enter it correctly. Your Priority Support request said you were running a very old version of Gravity Forms, which may not be compatible with the automatic upgrade in the latest version of WordPress. You may need to manually download the latest version from this site and manually upgrade via FTP.

  8. @munman There are 2 different issues above. Which one are you having? Please provide more details. If your license key isn't validating and showing a checkmark it is because you aren't entering the correct license key or are including typos or extra characters when copy-n-pasting.

  9. Thank you Carl. I will keep an eye on it. If it persists for more than a week or so, I will update this thread with the details. Thanks.

  10. We did fix a bug in our deployment manager that was causing the "Please Register..." message to appear for some users on the Plugins page. Once your site re-checks for updates this message should go away.
