Above is the message at the top of my account. Could someone please resend it so I can get on with an urgent project.

If you see this message it means you registered with the wrong email address. You need to edit your account by going to the My Account page and change your email address to the email address that was used to purchase Gravity Forms. If your license key isn't listed on that page, then that isn't the email address you used to purchase Gravity Forms.

Hi Carl
An email from you popped in my mail box shortly after writing that, enclosing the license number but when I tried to use it it was out of date. It should have lasted 120 hours from yesterday but somehow didn't. Could you possibly send a new one. I've been careful to just use the one email address right the way through.

The email contains the license key and the download link. The download link expires after 120 hours. The license key isn't the same as the download link, it goes on the Settings page of Gravity Forms in your WordPress site.
If you need to download Gravity Forms because that download link has expired then you can do so from this site. You go to the Plugin Downloads page. If you go to the My Account page you will see your license key.
If you can' t access the download page and don't see a license key on the My Account page then it means you registered using the wrong email address. You need to go to My Account and change your email address to the email address that was used to purchase Gravity Forms.
