I'd like an overview of all available action and filter hooks

I love Gravity Forms hooks. There is limited information about hooks in the Gravity Forms documentation. There is really a treasure of information in the forums. But it would be a lot easier if there was a better documentation on this subject.

  2. We are working on updated the documentation as a whole and hooks is one area that will be expanded.

    is there an estimated date?

  8. We don't publicize release dates because if there is a delay, etc. it causes problems. But we are working on it.

I found out that installing http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-developer-assistant/ would help a bit since it has a page that outputs all the hooks/filters which are called, so just finding all of the ones that start with "gform_" gives quite an idea on whats going on.
    hope it helps.

  10. Good find obvio, yes there are plugins and PHP IDE tools out there that will give you quick access to all the hooks/filters which are called. They are definitely handy tools to have when doing WordPress development.

  11. Any plans to ever actually release some detailed documentation? The plugin has tons of great features and can be extended to do a lot, but it's painful trying to figure it out -- and is probably costing you a lot of potential customers as well.

  12. Yes, we plan on expanding the documentation. However we are a small team so support and development comes before certain things. End user documentation is a higher priority for us than developer documentation, however we do plan on improving it with more API documentation, code snippets, etc.

I am a new customer who is disappointed about the lack of documentation. Please can you at least provide a page with all the hooks listed then we have some idea of what there is without having to spend hours looking around or trying to second guess.

  16. Are you looking for something other than the hooks and filters that are documented here?

    http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Developer_Docs

The earlier posts were made before that documentation was put online.
