I'd like to give the user a reason that Submit button not there...

  1. When we have the conditional factor in play on whether or not to show the Submit button...

how do we actually say "the submit button isn't there because of _____."

...I'd like to give the user a reason as to why the Submit button isn't there and it doesn't seem that you guys provide a space for that.

    Thank you! :)

You could use HTML blocks and use the opposite conditions.

So if you had a condition that was only show the submit if they enter a name.
Then you could have a condition on a HTML block that says hide this field if they enter a name. Then the HTML block could have your text you are looking for.
