IE issue embededing form in theme

    I am having an issue getting form to work properly when its embedded into my theme.

    I have the enqueue scripts in place and the same with the function call. Its working fine on firefox chrome and safari. For some reason IE is not working.

    click a membership level and a modal window will display the form.

    It looks like you have fixed your problem or it is a browser caching issue because all three modal forms are appearing for me in IE9

    they appear, but if you click submit the errors don't show and nothing happens.
