IE issues with Gravity Forms

  1. Occasionally I am finding issues with the forms not loading on IE (8 in particular). Is there a known issue with this? I just downloaded Gravity forms a few weeks ago so I believe I have the most recent release. Thanks!

  2. There are no known issues with recent versions of Internet Explorer.

Please post a link to your site where the form is embedded. It is usually due to a JavaScript error (where the form will not display at all) or an HTML error, if you used HTML blocks in your form. Additionally, you can check for theme and plugin conflicts by following these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing.

If you post a link to your site, we'll be able to help you better. Thank you.

Bruce - Did you follow the testing link above and go through the steps? Can you let us know what your issues are as your form looks fine on IE9 to me.

    Hi

Thanks for your quick reply. I use a mac but the site is for our client who has had many complaints about the following issue:
IE users get right to the end of the form and then click submit the form just hangs and nothing seems to send.

Another seemingly IE issue that not all users have is the inability to select a text field for typing.

    Thank you,

    Bruce

Bruce - Can I have you run through the testing instructions as it might be a theme or plugin conflict causing the issue.
