IE8 conditional logic not working - showing all options

  1. Hi There,

    Hoping you might be able to offer some insight into why the GF conditional logic isn't working properly on a form.

    The form is here;

    http://www.mardan.co.uk/online-pricing-tool/

    The issue is in IE8, but not all versions (argh!!!!). Of course the client's version is one of them, or I wouldn't know about it otherwise. I can replicate it on Browserstack though.

    Initial dropdown with two options. There are then two sets of radio buttons. Depending on which value of the dropdown is selected the relevant set of radio buttons is shown. However in IE8,

    Select Acrylic from the dropdown
    Then 3mm
    Then change back to PETG

    And both sets of radio buttons appear? Both radio button sets are populated dynamically, I don't know if that makes a difference. No worries if you can't see it or don't know how it's ahppening, I will maybe just have to code the effect in JS by hand on the form ids.

    Cheers,

    Robbie

  2. I did encounter the same issue on this website: http://erica-et-dominic.info

    I use only the label to get get that checkbox checked.
    I try to fire the event manually in the IE developer tools, but it didn't work.

    I'll post my finding here.

    This issue is always a theme one from my experience. Please test using the default WordPress theme and let us know if you still have this issue.
