Incorrect PayPal email address used by the gravity plugin

  1. My email address is info@hmuellerdesign.com. It is the only email address anywhere on my site (www.hmuellerdesign.com) and in my account at gravity. However, when I use the PayPal addon the payment is directed to rahrens@telus.net - I have no idea where it finds this email address or what I can do to change it.

  2. In your PayPal feed are you specifying the info@ email?

Have you checked your email accounts tied to your PayPal account to make sure the raherns@ email is not set to be the primary?

  3. Yes, I do specify info@hmuellerdesign.com in the paypal feed.
Also, I only have info@hmuellerdesign.com in my paypal account as the primary account, there are no other email accounts associated with my paypal account.
When I click on the link in "Navigate to your PayPal IPN Settings page." on the paypal settings page, it opens paypal with rahrens@telus.net so I assume the gravity plugin must include that in the query string that it sends to paypal but I can't figure out where it gets it.

  4. I can assure you we are not pulling random email addresses into the feed. Have you had anyone else working on your site that might have placed some custom coding in your theme's functions.php file?

Are you even familiar with that other email address? Do you know who it belongs to even?

  5. The other email address belongs to a client. I have created a conference website (www.wgicanada.org/conf for them that uses Gravity for the conference registration. But they have their own PayPal account. I am the only one working on the computer so no one could have changed the functions, php file.
Is there any email address linked to the

Thanks Rob. Yes, the email address is that of a client. I have created a conference website for them (www.wgicanada.org/conf) and I use a Gravity form for the conference registration. But they have a separate PayPal account and the website is on a different server.
Is there an email address linked to the licence key?
I will try and reinstall gravity and see if that helps.

  6. Heidi,

Nothing is tied to the license key in this way. The license key email is only to access gravityhelp.com. You might want to consider opening a priority support ticket so we can take a closer look to see if we notice anything wrong/missing.
