Info entered into custom fields not saving when using conditional form elements

  1. Hi,

I've created a few custom fields using the 'Custom Field Suite' plugin. I've used it lots before and understand how it works.

I've then created a form in Gravity Forms. The form allows a user to submit a post that contains said custom fields to a site. It is published immediately on submission.

I can add in a post title and body using Gravity Forms and then fill it out on the front end just fine. It submits the information as a post and I can see if immediately on the site. I can also add in information to the custom fields and they work perfectly too.
The problem lies with an area of the form that I want to be conditional. I hide a bunch of questions (a combination of custom fields and additional conditional items) if the answer to a yes/no radio button is 'No'. If the answer is 'Yes' however, a bunch more questions are shown. If i fill out any of these questions and click save, the form validates and submits fine but none of the conditional answers are saved - only information outside of the conditional area.

I've tried this lots and don't believe it to be a problem with Custom Field Suite but with the conditional items of Gravity Forms.

This is being developed locally so I unfortunately don't have a URL to share. I can however, share any code etc. if you need it.

Can anyone shed any light on this?
Am I doing something wrong? Is this non-intended functionality? A bug?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
    Many thanks,
    -Jack
