    Hello, how are you?
    How Can i Make the Form to read info of the Site'
    For Example, I want it to Read, from which post it was sent, SO I need it to read and show in the notification the Title of the post. Thanks!

    Yes, you have access to the page/post that the form was submitted from as one of the form field variables in the "Insert form field" drop down when creating your Notification emails.

    The variables are:

    Embed Post/Page ID
    Embed Post/Page Title
    Embed URL

    One outputs the ID of the post/page that the form was submitted from, one outputs the post/page title and the other the URL.
