How do I transfer information from Gravity form to a Post?

Gravity Forms can collect information from a visitor and create a post from it. Is that what you mean? If so, please see the documentation here: http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Form_Fields#Post_Fields
To create a post, you will need to use at least a Post Body and Post Title field from the Post Fields section in the form builder.

I don't know of a video online for creating a form which will create posts. Have you created your first form yet? Here is the documentation for creating your first form.
I'm sorry we don't have any videos which show you how to do this. If you log in and try to create a form, we can help you from there.
