Input mask not allowing the letter a

  1. I just created my first form and it's very basic. When I was trying it out I was a little astonished to see that when I clicked on an input area where I had specified an input mask it place a _ where all the "a"s should be. When I clicked on it again the _ would turn into whatever letter was to it's left.

This seems quite odd. Any suggestions?

I just took all the input masks out, so don't have a url for you to look at to see what I'm talking about.

  2. Please put a test form online with the functionality visible so we can see what you're talking about. Please configure your input mask the same way as it was before, and post a screenshot of the settings. Use a free image hosting site for the screenshot and paste the link here. Thank you

the url of the form is:

  4. I see that field. However, there is placeholder text in there "Plesse put website dddress or url" - how does that get there? I think that is conflicting with the input mask.

Also, what is the input mask intended to prevent or require from the user? What do you want them to enter here?

Did you post a picture of your input mask settings any where? Or, if convenient, can you export the form as XML (Forms > Import/Export menu, then "Export Forms" from the top menu.) Email that to chris@rocketgenius.com

Also, does the input mask work properly when you view the form in form preview from the form builder?
