'Insert a form' toolbar not working for me

    I'm cursed!

    I'm trying to insert a form in a post using the toolbar. It lets me select which form to insert but when I click the "Insert Form" button, nothing happens.

    Any clue what could be going wrong? I'm using version Wordpress 2.9.2.

    Also, when I tried looking for the shortcode in the documentation I found the documentation had an error: http://oi53.tinypic.com/65bvyc.jpg

    If you can't insert a form into your page or post via the Insert Form Wizard it is a browser cache issue. Clear your browser cache completely, restart your browser and try again.
