Inserting Pictures into Forms?

    I tried to find something about this - but nothing found yet. I know you can have a picture on the form using a "Html" field; but I am wondering if there is any way you can have a little pic or thumbnail next to the choices on like a multiple choice input field?

    You can do this with some CSS/background images easily enough. See this previous thread for an example.
