  3. It sounds like you have a role management plugin such as Members installed. If so you need to edit the admin role and make sure all the Gravity Forms related capabilities are turned on. The menu isn't appearing because your user role doesn't have access to them.

I did install Members but I deleted that plugin after experiencing this issue, so what should i do now? Is there a way I can double check Members plugin is totally deleted other than going to Plugins?

  5. - Clear all your browser cache.
    - Restart your browser.
    - Deactivate ALL plugins.
    - Only activate Gravity Forms.
    - Go to your main Dashboard page.
    - Does the Forms menu item appear?

yes it appears. so considering the Members plugin caused an issue. is there anyway i can create a form where the user submitted content shows in a blog draft? i tried this before but the information (an image and other info) never showed in the post itself, it only showed in the automatic i received from the submission of the form.

  7. Yes, you have to use Post Fields to create a Post. One of the options on the Post Title and Post Body fields is the Post Status (Draft, Pending Review or Published). You can insert images/etc. in the Post Body using the Post Body Content Template option on the Post Body field.
