Installation Issue & NEXTGen

  1. Hiya

I have installed Gravity Forms, activated it etc (it says these are all fine) but first off I had an issue where "Forms" didnt appear in my admin panel but the widget was available.

After killing all my plugins to check for an error it seems that there is a clash with the NEXTGen Gallery plugin.

After a bit of reinstallation I have got the plugin to show "Forms" in the admin panel but whatever I click on basically brings me to a white page that never shows any content. How can I fix this?

I am running WP 3.3.1 - is there an issue with this version?. My theme is using Genesis (who recommend using Gravity alongside them).

Any help or advice would be massively appreciated so that I can get up and running with this.

    Many thanks!

    Just

  2. Hi Justin,

Sounds like you've already done some of these steps, but go ahead and following each step here so we can fully test for a theme/plugin conflict.

Let me know what you determine. If it is NEXTGen causing the issue, let me know what version you are running and also the version of Gravity Forms you are using.
