intermittent form sending

  1. We've been having issues with some forms on youthenrichment.org and hoped you might be able to help diagnose the problem. It seems the forms will send sometimes, and not at other times. Is it possible to verify when a form was sent? We have records in the entries section but no-one received emails for these forms. Any known problems that could cause this?

  2. This is a web server issue. The web server sends the email, Gravity Forms executes a function call (the wp_mail function) and asks it to send an email. It's entirely on the web server to do so. Some hosts are known to be prone to email sending issues, one major one is GoDaddy who is notorious for issues sending email. You may want to discuss with with your web host, they should have logs of emails they can look at and can look at the timestamps based on the entry timestamps for the entries that were created.
