Intermittent posting of form data

    I have a simple form on a site we are developing (I can send you a link privately). The site is running the Genesis them with a child theme and a modest number of plugins. In many cases when a submission is made notifications are NOT sent to the primary recipient, however the BCC recipient does. In these cases, the form is NOT posted in the Entries area.

    Hi there, it is hard for us to troubleshoot something intermittent. Can you go through the following steps to try to isolate plugin/theme conflicts to see if you can determine the source?
