Invalid Token ID:

  1. Hello,
I am working with a Gravity Form for WordPress alongside a Plugin called "Gravity Forms Stripe Add-On". Obviously, the purpose is to process payments using my Stripe account through my WordPress page. After I set up everything, when I try to submit a test payment (or Live for that matter), I keep getting an "Invalid Token ID:" error. Does anyone have a solution for this? I have tried a few different combinations for the settings (AJAX is enabled, both Stripe and Form are set to Test, API keys check successfully). Thanks!

Hi there, rocketgenius did not create the Stripe Add-on and as such,w e can't support it. The token ID error comes from the add-on, and not Gravity Forms itself, and so you will have to contact the developer of the plugin for support.
