Is Gravity forms ADA compliant?

  1. Hi,

We are looking into different Form Builder plugins for our university wide word press site and wanted to know if the form Gravity Forms generates are ADA compliant or not?

Does it meet the 508 standards for accessibility? Is there a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) for this product?

We basically need to know that once we create a form using Gravity Forms and have it up on our website, will it pass the ADA accessibility requirements.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  2. Currently no. We're hoping to facilitate 508 compliance in the future, but there are some hurdles that we have to overcome before we can get there.

  3. Thanks Kevin.

Do you have an estimate on the road map to achieving ADA compliance?

  4. Sorry, there's no date or time frame I can commit to at this point. It's going to take some more research, testing and a few of the team members here working together to get it all implemented so it's still going to be a while before we can add that to the feature list.

Again, it's something that we're interested in tackling, but something that's going to take some time to implement properly.
