We have a site that has over 10 different forms that have different questions. We are trying to consolidate all the forms on one page. Can we use Gravity Forms to have a select box that will display a different form when a name is selected? So select box at the top with 10+ options to choose when a name is selected it displays said form that form is filled out and goes to its recipient. Also need a different recipient for each form. Curious if Gravity Forms has this functionality.

  2. If you still use 10 forms, you can have 10 different recipients, or different recipients for each form. To enable 10 forms on one page, with a select box choice to display one. The select drop down to reveal each form would not be part of Gravity Forms but would be JavaScript or jQuery added to your page template. All the forms would be present in the page already, but each form would be hidden in its own div. The select box choice would change the visibility of the div.

This can all be accomplished with Gravity Forms.
