Is that possible with Gravity?

    I need a contact form where, depending on the selected field, the email will be sent to a different address.
    Something like this :
    http://www.jas.com/Company/Pages/ContactUs.aspx (please select a region)
    Is that possible with gravity (it seems to be...)?

    Yes, it is possible. You have to use the "configure Routing" option in the Forms notifications.
