As the title says; is there a way to print out the entries with the admin labels?

I can view the entries with the admin labels but the output is without admin labels.

I hope to hear from you.

    thanks.

  2. Currently the admin labels are only used in the admin display so that they can be used in certain situations where a long label makes sense on the front end but not in the back end. What are you using to print the entries? Just the Print Entry feature of the Entry Detail page? We can look at making that display the Admin Label if that is how you are printing them. It would have to be a feature enhancement in a future release.

Hi Carl, We have our clients fill in their information, amongst others their personal information and I wanted to send the pdf's (prints) to our team and they would use the information on the sites that we're building for the clients.

For example the clients information is for our internal use only and shouldn't be displayed on the pages.

Another occasion would be where we ask the client for their opinion/wishes for a certain option. Their 'wishes' often don't make sense on a publishing level. I created an admin label "client information - DON'T USE" for this, and below there I created a 'visible for admin only box' where I or a sales rep fill in the information that our team should really use.

Now the team doesn't see the message "client information - DON'T USE", and they don't see the 'visible for admin only' box either, and will they publish the information that the client came up with.

As a last resort I also tried to print it in FF too, but I couldn't for some reason (probably because the form is far to long or something).

And I'm not that keen on giving them admin rights to my dashboard either - we are currently rebuilding the site and we’re launching a $2500 monthly membership site in a month;).

I really hope that there is something we can do - I'm feeling kinda lost, I was counting on this option for automation.

  4. What we can do is correct it so that the Print Entry Detail does utilize the Admin Label. It should already be doing this so it's an oversight on our part that the Print page doesn't display the Admin Labels. I have added it to our To Do list and this will be corrected in our next release.

I'm on vacation right now but noticed the upgrade in my dashboard while briefly logging in. I've updated the plugin and everything seems to work perfect!

Thanks a lot, your quick assistance is highly appreciated!! This will help us out a lot, thanks.
