ISO Date Format (YYYY-MM-DD) avialable in Post custom field?

    Do you have a work around for getting ISO date format (YYYY-MM-DD) in the post custom field? The only options i can see are mm/dd/yyyy and dd/mm/yyyy.

    I'm hoping this made it into 1.4.
