Issue with Gravity Forms: Error Appearing

    I have used Gravity forms on 2 pages of one of my sites and it works perfectly - see
    http://econfs.com.au/contact-us/appointment/
    http://econfs.com.au/contact-us/

    However, when I use the same form on another site the following error is appearing " Oops! We could not locate your form" - see http://financialadvisorssydney.net.au/contact-us/appointment/
    http://financialadvisorssydney.net.au/contact-us/

    Any help you can provide on why this is occurring would be greatly appreciated.

    How are you using the same form on the other site? Did you do so using the Import/Export functionality to Export the form from the first site and Import it into the other? Did you do it manually using PHPMyAdmin or something similar?
