Issues with "Add to Cart" not showing

  1. So we are using woocommerce and a woocommerce compatible theme (The Builder) and we have purchased a copy of Gravity Forms and are up to date on all 3 items. We can assign the field exactly like we need them, but when we view on the product page its not showing the add to cart option. We even purchased the Gravity Forms Extension provided by WooCommerce and still no luck. The theme/woocommerce both have options on how to sale products and they work fine. Its only when using the Gravity forms... We have turned off all plug ins and even changed the theme and still the same results. We even tried it on a separate server and still no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Do you have a link so I can see what is happening?

  3. Absolutely! Thanks for responding so quickly.. this item as you can see has multiple layers using conditional logic , but once all items have been selected its not telling the add to cart button to appear.

  4. I am still 100% stuck with this issue. The above link will take you to the issue.. we are even using the Gravity Forms example XML file provided with the extension we purchased to go with the Woocommerce.

  5. It appears as though I have found the fix. I had it set to variable product and when I changed to simple with price values it works.. so if this is incorrect please let us know otherwise we seemed to have found a solution.
