issues with updating plug in

    i am trying to automatically update gravity forms to the latest version thru the wordpress control panel. Ihave a valid key no but when I attempt to update the plugin I get the message unpacking files and the update does nothing else. Any suggestions please. The plugin is working very well as it is but I like to stay current on my plugins

    Hmm, could potentially be a memory issue. What happens if you deactivate other plugins and then try running the update. Or, you could manually install via FTP:
