Item price/Item total not showing in shopping cart

    I'm creating a store using Cart66, Genesis + Clip Cart theme, and Gravity Forms. Each item I sell has multiple, unique options, so Gravity Forms is a lifesaver!

    I'm having a strange problem, though: I've loaded 5 items in my store so far, and with one of my items, when I make selections and click "add to cart," the Item Price and Item Total show as $0.00. (It should be more like $375-$2000, depending on options selected!)

    When I click on "Show Details," the Total is shown correctly, and the notifications I have set up also reflect the correct total. But the shopping cart itself makes the item look free. 8-\

    I would attach a screenshot, but I don't see a way to do that...

    For posting a screenshot, you can host the image somewhere and post a link here. You can't embed an image here. You can use something on your own server or a free image hosting service like http://imageshack.us/

    It sounds like the 'add to cart' and 'show details' functionality is provided my either Cart66 or the theme. As such, we won't be able to provide support for the issue, as we're not well versed in those products.

    Thanks, Chris! I figured out what the problem was -- I had the wrong setting in my Cart66 products. (I'd checked "No" on "use Gravity Forms pricing?")

    Fixed!
