just downloaded and I already read how to get started and still can't

  1. when I try to upload the file, I try to upload the gravity forms as a .zip but it doesn't come out as so. it comes as a folder and doesn't let me install it, and the rest of the files in the folder are .php, .txt, etc. how can I download the plugin into my wordpress admin site.

  2. It sounds like your browser or your OS is extracting the zip for you upon download. Do you know where the ZIP file is going? Is it going into your Trash for example?

    You will have to upload the the Gravity Forms folder to your wp-content/plugins folder on your server using FTP then please.
