Key Expired with Old Web Company... Forms Aren't Working on Same Site

    Hi everyone, we took over a website for a client and their GF key expired when they moved hosting and away from the old web company. We purchased a new $39 key just for their site, however, when entered to replace to old key, nothing happens.

    Are we missing anything? This is our first time dealing with this type of situation.

    When a key expires the forms and notifications do not cease to function, a valid key just allows unrestricted access to the support forums, the plugin to be updated and Gravity Forms add-ons to be installed.

    • In what way aren't the forms working, can you edit a form, can you preview a form?
    • When the site moved hosts did the domain also change?
    • How was Gravity Forms moved to the new host?
    • What are your Gravity Forms, WordPress, MySQL and PHP versions?
