Label alignment varies on homepage and subpage

I'm pulling the same exact form in a lightbox on the homepage (http://bit.ly/uifPaY - widgeted area) and a subpage (http://bit.ly/vrunZN - content area). => click on the 'sign up' button to see.

As you can see on the subpage, I set the Label Placement to "Left aligned".
The exact same form on the homepage however doesn't reflect the setting and neither the text-formatting and alignement ('First Name' and 'Last Name' is next to the input field not below.
I can't get my head around why. Please help.

Just FYI it def. doesn't have anything to do with the lightbox, because the same problem occurs when I place the form on the page and not in the lightbox.

    Please help!!
    Thanks.

  2. Looks like your home page isn't loading the gravity forms styles so you probably need to enqueue them:
