Laying out a multiple entry table

    Hi all

    Loving gravity forms so far, awesome plugin!

    I'm trying to recreate an employment application form using gravity forms and was wondering if any experts could give me some advice as to how best to lay out a certain part of the form.

    You can see the form here - http://www.hordercentre.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/APPLICATION-FORM.pdf which i'm recreating online.

    I've flown through the first 3 pages but a bit stuck with the 'employment history' table on page 4. Any ideas how I can lay something like this out with gravity forms?

    Any help much appreciated
